Dr. Akshita Mann, B.D.S., M.D.S., M.S.D.

Dr. Akshita Mann grew up in India. She graduated with Bachelor of Dental Surgery from Manipal College of Dental Sciences, Manipal in 2011. Dr. Mann followed her passion for Endodontics and specialized early in her dental career by earning her Master’s degree in Conservative Dentistry and Endodontics from Pt. B.D. Sharma University, India in 2015. After practicing briefly in India, she decided to advance her endodontic knowledge with a one year endodontic preceptorship program before being accepted for Endodontic Certificate and Master’s Program at University of Texas Health Science Center at Houston. She is a proud UT Houston alumni and an American Board of Endodontics eligible endodontist. As a part of her training, she has been privileged to treat patients from all parts of Houston for over 3 years. She values her patients and believes in providing high standards of Endodontic care.

Dr. Akshita Mann is currently an active member of American Association of Endodontics. During her residency, Dr. Mann has served on American Association of Endodontics Research and Scientific Affairs committee and has been responsible for judging many resident abstracts as well as reviewing endodontic resident grant applications. Besides, Dr. Mann has authored several research papers, oral and poster presentations.

On her days off, Dr. Mann loves spending time with her family; her husband and daughter; and catching up with her friends. She loves to hike, explore new places and is a nature lover.
